CRUSHCARE · BY CRUSH

NOTE HOW YOU ARE. UNDERSTAND YOUR DAYS.

CrushCare is your daily check-in for your mental health. You note how you are in two minutes and, over time, you see what a single day can't tell you. Only you and the professional you choose can see your data.

The app is in Spanish.

WHY CRUSHCARE

LITTLE TIME. LOTS OF CLARITY.

  • Two minutes a day

Mood, anxiety, irritability, energy, sleep and medication. One question per screen, with big buttons.

  • See your patterns

Each day is a bar. Good weeks and hard weeks show at a glance, with no scores or rankings.

  • Arrive at your session with context

If you want, your professional sees your check-ins and comes to the session knowing how your days have been.

  • No guilt

If you skip a day, it stays blank, no blame. And you can note it another day, marked “apuntado tarde” (noted late).

HOW IT WORKS

THREE STEPS. NO RUSH.

  1. Note how you are.

One question at a time: pick a number or a word and move on. If you like, add a note or a thought. You choose what else you track.

CrushCare screenshot: the question “How is your mood?” with a scale from 0 to 10 and 7 selected, “A manageable day”.
  2. See how you're doing.

In “How I'm doing” each day is a bar. Days without a check-in stay blank, and you can see at a glance how the week or the month went.

CrushCare screenshot: a week's mood chart, from 0 to 10, with four days noted and three left blank. Two striped bars are days noted late.
  3. Share it with whoever you choose.

You have a personal code. Only someone who has it can see your check-ins: you decide which professional gets it.

PRIVACY, NO SMALL PRINT

YOUR DATA. YOUR CALL.

  • Only you and whoever you choose.

Your check-ins are seen by you and by the professional you give your code to. Nobody else.

  • Every access is logged.

When your professional views or downloads your data, it is logged. In “Quién ha visto mis datos” (who has seen my data) you see who it was, when and what they looked at.

  • Reads, never changes.

Your professional sees your check-ins in read-only mode. Only you can change what you write.

  • Not on this website.

Check-ins are stored on CrushCare's server, not on this website. If you dictate, the audio goes straight to OpenAI, which turns it into text while you speak; CrushCare doesn't keep the audio, only the text you choose to save.

FOR THOSE WHO SUPPORT

BETWEEN SESSIONS, MORE CONTEXT.

Psychology, social work or support: with the person's code you see their days, the signs to review, their thoughts if they share them and a weekly report to download or print. Always read-only, with private notes to prepare the session.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT PEOPLE USUALLY ASK.

What is CrushCare?

A daily check-in to look after your mental health, by CRUSH. If you already had an account under its previous name, it is the same one and your records are still there.

Do I have to check in every day?

No. Check in on the days you can. If you miss one, you can note any past day: it is marked as “apuntado tarde” (noted late). And if you correct a check-in on another day, it is marked as “modificado” (edited), with the date.

What can I track?

Always, how you are: mood, anxiety, irritability, energy, sleep and medication. If you like, also your habits and self-care: water, meals, going out or talking to someone. And something you are grateful for, a moment of anger or who you spent time with. You choose what you track and can change it whenever you like. What you stop tracking is not deleted.

Who can see what I write?

Only you and the professional you choose, with your code. Every time they view or download your data, it is logged, and you can see it in “Quién ha visto mis datos” (who has seen my data).

Is it a diagnosis?

No. CrushCare helps you observe your days and talk about them, but it doesn't diagnose and doesn't replace a professional. If you are in danger or thinking about hurting yourself, call 112 or 024 (in Spain).

Do I need to install anything?

No. It works in the browser on your phone or computer. If you like, you can add it to your home screen.

Can I speak instead of typing?

When voice dictation is available, you'll see a “Dictar” (dictate) button next to the free-text fields. If it isn't there, you can type.

What language is the app in?

The app is in Spanish. This page is in Spanish, Asturian, English and Japanese.
